Since joining NOW in 2013, Ellaine has truly done it all—from media and production coordination to project management, operations, and campaign strategy. Her sharp eye for detail and solutions-focused approach have made her the steady hand behind some of our most complex campaigns. Most recently, she’s built the operational systems to keep our agency running smoothly, guiding both clients and colleagues through challenges with clarity and care. Trusted for her consistent leadership, Ellaine keeps projects on track, mentors our account team across the country, and ensures NOW delivers the results our clients count on.  

Christina has been with NOW for over ten years, most recently serving as our Creative Director and inspiring teams to bring big ideas to life across projects of all sizes and budgets. From award-winning national campaigns to scrappy social content, her work is marked by creativity, collaboration, and results. With a strong foundation in production, she has led projects from coast to coast to coast, building a reputation for bold storytelling and a commitment to excellence.  

Adrienne has been with NOW since 2021, most recently as Strategic Director. She previously worked for senior leaders in Alberta and Saskatchewan, including serving as Chief of Staff to Rachel Notley. Delivering for NOW’s clients with solid strategy is what keeps Adrienne ticking at work. Being an auntie to seven wonderful humans is what drives her to keep fighting for a more hopeful future (and the thing that makes Adrienne smile the most).  

A treasured member of NOW’s founding team, and with decades of accounting experience, she’s taken care of our finances & our people since NOW began. Her professional knowledge and diligence keeps your projects on budget. Happiness is a family with passports, packed bags, and a booked hotel.

A copywriter who excels at turning big ideas into messages that connect, Dakin has an eye for detail and a passion for helping people look and sound their best. He helps our clients match their unique voice with the right tone to move the right audience. Loves campaign posters, notch lapels, and bike lanes.

Sarah comes to us with over a decade of experience helping busy leaders stay organized, share their stories, and excel, including Premiers, opposition leaders and Ministers. She has worked for the Manitoba NDP government, Rachel Notley’s government in Alberta, and Manitoba NDP Leader Wab Kinew. Sarah lives in Winnipeg with her two busy boys, her partner, and a very excitable Springer Spaniel.

Willy has a knack for tailoring messages that motivate audiences in both Quebec and the rest of Canada. She is keen on finding the right words – in both official languages – and developing strategies to help progressive policies succeed. A winter proselytizer, given half a chance Willy will try to get you out on a cross-country ski trail.

Aylwin’s a cutting-edge digital media creator with extensive experience in design, tech, production, organizing, and political comms. When he’s not exploring emerging media and the latest design tools, his innate curiosity helps deliver unique solutions for our Ontario clients. Voted most likely to be found taking apart electronics at home.

Maya brings over two decades’ experience developing strategic communications campaigns that get results for working people. In 2024, she rejoined The NOW Group after 7 years on the leadership team of a large mental health charity, where she directed mental health and stigma communications and workplace mental health programs. A skilled project manager, Maya delivers exceptional project management for our clients. And away from the office, she’s a dedicated community leader and serves as a local School Trustee.

Jaycee brings a digital-first approach to campaign management, combining strategic insight with creative execution. She excels in digital strategy, email marketing, and website optimization for nonprofits and advocacy groups. Based in Hamilton, she organized the city's first Lunar New Year market. At NOW, she works closely with Eastern and Atlantic clients to deliver data-driven campaigns that inspire action and create real impact.

How to sum up Sean? He’s the perfect equation! A talented numbers person, who excels at keeping your budget on track and finding added-value for your campaigns. Plus he’s passionate about environmental rights and comparative politics. When he’s not crunching numbers, he’s probably enjoying classical music and spending time with his two cats – Eleanor and Jinx.

With a passion for attention-grabbing visuals and measurable goals, Sini oversees organic and paid social media campaigns across all platforms. Busy and energetic environments inspire her, and she goes above and beyond for her team and clients. When offline, she is most likely exploring new restaurants, shaking up a cocktail or hiking up a mountain with her husband and two dogs. 

Folakemi loves every stage in the creative process. With a passion for storytelling and a wealth of experience in digital film and commercial television production, she helps ensure that your ads reach the right audience on the right platform. When she’s not coordinating campaigns, you might find her starring on stage in her next theatrical role!

With two decades of experience as a film and video producer, Carla’s worked with the biggest names in advertising including Rethink, Cossette, DDB, and TAXI. She spent four years as video production manager for the Organizing Committee of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. And now, she puts her incredible skills to work for our clients. Carla lives for days on set when a team and a plan come together—and beautiful moments are captured. And she’s a proud member of the cavity-free generation!

Neha makes herself invaluable to her colleagues with her attention to detail and her commitment to our clients. Jenn’s ability to make data dazzle is proven through her 6+ years of experience working on digital plans. As the first ever recipient of the industry’s Rising Star Award, Jenn continues to shine by always striving to make the world of digital media more engaging for audiences and helpful for telling brand stories.

Negotiator. Relationship-builder. Strategist. With 15 years of experience in media buying, Kim’s an expert in building invaluable relationships with media vendors – and negotiating the best deals for our clients. She teaches strategic media planning at BCIT and is heavily involved with the media industry, serving on the boards of ABCOM and NABS West. When she’s not on the phone negotiating with vendors, you can find her on the golf course or snowboarding with her kids.

A graduate of BCIT and Azad University, Sharon’s skill ensures our clients’ advertising campaigns reach the most engaged audiences at the right place and time. She is also active in the industry with the National Advertising Benevolent Society. This talented and highly-skilled designer ensures our projects always achieve great design—from ad campaigns to rebranding and everything in between. With training in visual communications & illustration, Laura has over 10 years of national design experience with ad agencies and running her own studio. When she’s not creating inspired designs, she’s breathing the sea air with her two dogs.

With a flair for the original and an exacting eye for detail, Naomi is an experienced graphic designer, colour specialist, and production artist. In addition to building beautifully designed products for unions and non-profits across Canada, she’s designed for magazines, festivals, and museums, too. Away from her desk, you’ll find her hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.
